  • Ø Can I add special instructions to my order?

YES, At the checkout page, you can let us know if you have any special instructions for the delivery.

  • Ø What is the delivery process?

Delivery Time: Within 2 working days  for orders  placed  between  11:00 am to 1:00 pm

Delivery timings are between 1 pm-8 pm

No orders are delivered on Sundays.

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are delivered on Monday.

 

Please note in some rare cases we don't commit to any specific delivery time and do not do same-day deliveries.

  • Ø Where does ship from?

Most orders ship from the Necessitylist.shop headquarters scheme, 33 Karachi-Sind-Pakistan

  • Ø Can you ship orders all over Pakistan?

Yes, currently we ship as per our courier or shipper services in Pakistan.

Yes, we offer Road-Side Pickup

  • Ø How do I place an order?

You can place an order at our online store.

  • Ø Do you have any loyalty programs?

At Present! We do not have a Loyalty program but have plans for the future.

  • Ø How can I pay for my order?

You can pay cash on delivery.

  • Ø Do you verify orders?

Please ensure that you are available at your shipping address. In some cases, our customer service team may call you on your provided cell phone number to verify the order before processing it. Please note that we do not offer calling services before delivery.

  • Ø What if I receive the wrong item?

If your order is not as per the instructions given in your order, we will make it right by returning or exchanging the product for you.

  • Ø How can I cancel my order?

You may cancel the order at any time before it is dispatched. Please call our helpline at 0341-2778797 for order cancellation.

  • Ø How can I return a product?

  • Ø Do you re-ship orders?

Order once returned will not be sent again But will be charged 50% extra with previous shipping charges.

  • Ø What is the warranty policy?

Warranty policy varies from vendor to vendor and product to product. Necessitylist does not offer warranty claims directly. Warranty claims are processed directly through the vendor at their respective service centers.

Not all products come with a warranty. If the products are available with a warranty then it will be mentioned in the product specification or description.
